Antioxidants...Good for slowing the aging process!

I just read this great article about how antioxidants can slow down aging. It goes on to state how good genes sometimes are just not enough. We all have busy lives and sometimes it can get really hectic out there, but stress in itself can be a major factor in how fast we age. However, antioxidants boost our immune system and occur naturally in food and some researchers believe that the vitamin like compounds in antioxidants are enough to help slow down the aging process.

Some important antioxidants are found in the following foods like berries, citrus, whole grains, beans and legumes, olive oil and green tea. These items are easy to find and can be added to your grocery list without a hassle.

So, eat or drink your antioxidants and help slow down aging!
